What you’ll be doing
Lead business development strategy across the Residential Battery, Small C&I, and Solar system sectors
Build new channels and manage relationships with energy service providers, inverter companies, and installers
Shape and execute go-to-market strategy informed by market trends and customer insight
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver aligned, commercially viable proposals
What you’ll bring
3+ years’ experience in business or solution development in renewable energy, battery, inverter or solar systems
Deep technical knowledge of Li-ion batteries, inverters, and PV integration
Fluent German and professional English
Strong commercial instincts, relationship-building capability, and strategic drive
Who this suits You’re a commercially sharp business developer who understands the renewable energy space and thrives on building from the ground up.
