Additional Compensation:
Annual or Quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Job Overview:
Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
Responsibilities:
Unload incoming freight and inspect for damages.
Stock new merchandise onto pallets and shelves.
Maintain a clean and organized backroom environment.
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
Assist team members in meeting daily stocking goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical ability to lift > 50 lbs.
Experience operating forklifts preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
