What will you do?
Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place products on the floor.
Stock and pack out products to help ensure shoppers find what they need.
Front‑face products to make sure product shelves look their best.
Receive marketing and promotional materials at your home and bring them to the store.
Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions to ensure the clients' products stand out.
Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions within Premium's field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate your success.
Represent Premium and Premium clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
Your Success Skills
Own your store(s). Be the face of Premium when visiting Walmart on behalf of our clients.
Work independently while knowing you are an extension of the Walmart family.
Effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and Premium team members.
Leverage support and share best practices within Premium’s nationwide Walmart team via closed social media groups and other communication channels.
Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with challenges.
Complete work within the provided timeframe and report the same day you finish.
Follow detailed instructions closely to ensure quality results.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Necessary Tools
Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations.
A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
