Senior Associate, Pricing/Data/Deal Modeling and Analytics Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities

Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of pricing and profitability models across all Wealth Management products and services, ensuring assumptions and methodologies remain aligned with business strategy and market conditions.

Analyze client- and product-level economics to inform pricing recommendations, assess rate concession requests, and guide decisions that balance competitiveness with revenue optimization.

Develop and maintain pricing matrices, rate cards, and deal‑structuring tools to support scalable, consistent, and data-driven pricing practices.

Prepare client fee estimates and deal pricing proposals, partnering with coverage teams to structure solutions that meet client needs while protecting target margins.

Collaborate cross‑functionally—including Finance, Technology, Product, and Client Service Delivery—to perform unit cost analyses and ensure pricing decisions are grounded in robust cost and revenue insights.

Partner with Revenue and Billing Services to validate fee schedules and maintain end-to‑end pricing governance.

Create clear, executive‑ready presentations and materials that communicate pricing strategies, financial impacts, and insights derived from cost and profitability analyses.

Identify opportunities to strengthen pricing structures, recommending improvements that enhance competitiveness, reduce revenue leakage, and support long‑term profitability.

Support the execution of key Wealth pricing initiatives, contributing analysis, coordination, and quality control throughout project phases.

Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, pricing strategy development, and forecasting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

3-5 years of total work experience preferred.

Experience in financial accounting and economics preferred.

Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses in a business setting is preferred.

No direct people leadership responsibilities.

Base salary for this position is expected to be between $58,000 and $121,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
