The primary role of a Facilities Ops Associate is to provide labor support for the Building Operations. Tasks require physical labor such as moving/relocating heavy items, minor repairs, coffee machine refill/maintenance, and support for emergency or time‑sensitive tasks such as ad‑hoc cleaning and VIP/Executive assignments. Responsibilities
Receive, pack, lift, load, unload, and move shipments or items up to 650 lbs using a forklift, pallet jack or other equipment Dismantle crates Arrange furniture upon request Sort and distribute mail and/or packages Replenish plasticware, condiments and coffee in the breakroom Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Handyman, Mailroom Attendant, Port Operator, or similar work Ability to lift 50 pounds Standing and walking for extended periods of time Ability to communicate in English and Korean Benefits Offered Full‑Time Employees
