As a Property Manager at Two Coast Living, you’ll be at the helm of one of our multifamily communities, leading daily operations, managing on‑site teams, and delivering an exceptional living experience for residents. You’ll own the numbers, the experience, and the culture, all while driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
Run the Show – Oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.
Lead the Team – Hire, train, schedule, and support your on‑site leasing and maintenance teams—creating a positive culture where great work happens.
Market Like a Pro – Work with your team and marketing partners to promote your property, attract new residents, and renew existing leases.
Drive Financial Performance – Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.
Be Resident‑Focused – Serve as the go‑to contact for your community, resolving concerns, welcoming new residents, and creating a place people are proud to call home.
Keep It Looking Great – Conduct regular property inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
Stay on Top of It All – Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and stay compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.
Stay Plugged In – Engage with your local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community.

Experienced Leader – At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years leading a team.
Detail‑Obsessed & Organized – Stay on top of deadlines, follow through on commitments, and prioritize effectively.
Clear Communicator – Keep resident concerns, staff meetings, and budget presentations clear, calm, and professional.
Customer‑Focused – Residents feel heard, valued, and supported because of you.
Financially Savvy – Understand rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.
Tech‑Comfortable – Confident using property management systems (e.g., Entrata), Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
Positive & Proactive – Lead by example, stay cool under pressure, and bring solutions, not drama.
Required Skills and Abilities
Treat all residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrate integrity, honesty, and ethics.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, staff, and management.
Commit to respect, responsibility, initiative, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; meet goals and deadlines.
Team player with leadership, supervisory, analytical, and reasoning skills.
A natural disposition for sales and understand sales techniques and processes.
Function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education And Experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in managing large multifamily real estate properties.
Minimum 4 years residential property management experience with proven leasing or sales track record and at least 2 years supervising two or more employees.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts; ability to read, understand, and develop financial statements; high‑school graduate‑level mathematical proficiency required.
Valid driver’s license to operate company‑owned or personal vehicle for work.
Physical Requirements
Work hours: Must work on the busiest days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and at least one Sunday a month) and on holidays, during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly.
Travel: Occasionally drive a company or personal vehicle for business.
Work environment and physical demands: General office environment, lift or move up to 10 pounds, move about the property, sit or stand for extended periods, walk, climb stairs, various weather conditions.
