About the Opportunity We are seeking a
driven, competitive, and highly motivated Business Development Representative
to accelerate growth across the
Texas and West Coast territory . This is a
true hunting role —ideal for a sales professional who thrives in niche, technical markets and excels at opening doors with OEMs and engineered-product buyers.
You’ll focus on new business development in high-spec, high-performance environments such as
aerospace, semiconductor, laboratory, and heavy manufacturing , working with engineers, specifiers, and purchasing teams to position advanced mobility and caster solutions.
If you are energized by building a territory, owning the sales cycle, and winning new OEM accounts, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
Identify, pursue, and
win new OEM business
within aerospace, semiconductor, laboratory, cleanroom, and heavy industrial markets
Conduct
high-volume prospecting and strategic account targeting
in niche technical verticals
Develop relationships with
engineers, buyers, EHS leaders, plant managers, R&D teams, and operations executives
Present and position technical mobility solutions using a
consultative, engineering-forward sales approach
Uncover customer pain points and match application-specific caster/mobility solutions
Manage a limited portfolio of existing accounts while prioritizing
new customer acquisition
Maintain a rigorous pipeline, leveraging CRM, quoting systems, and digital sales tools
Spend
75–80% of your time in the field , visiting OEMs, integrators, and engineering groups across the territory
Collaborate closely with internal engineering, sales support, and operations teams to ensure value delivery and long-term customer satisfaction
A
proven sales hunter
with experience driving new business in niche, technical B2B markets
Strong track record selling into:
Aerospace OEMs
Semiconductor manufacturing
Laboratory, cleanroom, and R&D environments
Heavy manufacturing and engineered-product sectors
Comfortable navigating complex technical conversations with engineers and specifiers
Highly independent, disciplined, and motivated—able to manage a wide geography with minimal oversight
Skilled in building pipeline, forecasting, and closing business in long sales cycles
Excellent communication, technical presentation, and relationship-building skills
3+ years
of successful outside sales experience—OEM, technical, industrial, or engineered solutions strongly preferred
Experience selling to or working within aerospace, semiconductor, Tier 1 manufacturing, tooling, GSE, or cleanroom environments
Proficiency with
CRM tools, quoting systems, pipeline management, and digital sales materials
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively across the Texas & West Coast region
