What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct benefits inventories and prepare detailed client reports and presentations
Develop deliverables such as renewal reports and compliance audits in collaboration with the consulting team
Partner with local brokers to design and implement new benefit plans ensuring compliance with regulations
Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Research and respond to inquiries regarding international HR and benefits‑related matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in an analytical role or international benefits
Specialized knowledge in global benefits and international insurance
Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while managing competing priorities
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Client account management experience or roles in customer success
Fluency in foreign languages
Insurance brokerage license in State of Residence (including Health and Life/Accident)
Exposure to Finance, Tax, and Legal matters
Strong presentation skills with a polished professional presence
