Job Title Supervisor - A Shift M-F 6am - 2:30pm

Position Summary Supervises production associates who perform tasks related to loading and unloading freight, accounting for materials with multiple systems, and overseeing assembly and installation of server racks and components.

Principal Accountability

Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.

Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.

Advise subordinates with questions or problems in any aspect of work activities.

Monitor work and examine production areas for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

Recommend and implement documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Perform or assist subordinates in the performance of duties.

Working Environment Assignment Complexity – Utilization of multiple internal and external systems and dashboards to ensure process compliance and accuracy.

Accountability – Maintain service level agreements utilizing existing systems and tools and ensure subordinates follow safety protocol and standards.

Impact of Decisions – Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve goals could result in additional costs and serious delays in overall schedules.

Working Relationships – Frequently interact with customers, peers, and other site stakeholders on site in addition to subordinates.

Essential Functions Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (entry level leadership).

Generally prefer 3-6 years’ experience in material handling operations.
