Community Manager (I)
Homeside Properties is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee multiple communities, ensuring operational excellence, financial health, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in developer/declarant transitions to guide communities through their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Manage operations for multiple communities, ensuring compliance with governing documents and state statutes.
Oversee vendors, contracts, maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financials, approve invoices, and ensure timely collections.
Serve as liaison between boards, homeowners, and the management company; facilitate meetings and provide governance guidance.
Lead developer/declarant transitions, interpret governing documents, collaborate on punch lists and reserve studies, and manage post-turnover changes.
Ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Georgia Real Estate License issued by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
3–5 years in community association management with developer/declarant transition experience.
Certifications such as CAM, CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred.
Strong knowledge of HOA/COA operations, governing documents, and state regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
