Job Description Summary This position is accountable for the development of category strategies and supplier management activities on a global level, including current year savings and value derived from assigned categories of spend. Working directly with Procurement, Businesses, and Corporate functions, it ensures timely execution of financial performance, supplier management activities, and assurance of supply for materials and services.

Responsibilities

Drive and execute category strategies and supplier management activities that deliver impressive year-over-year savings while building a robust 3-year savings pipeline and category value plans.

Ensure uninterrupted supply of critical raw materials and services through collaborative partnerships across Business units, Functions, and Procurement teams.

Cultivate and manage game-changing relationships with Strategic and preferred suppliers at regional and potentially global levels.

Inspire, coach, and mentor a talented team of procurement professionals.

Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Category Management and key business stakeholders to develop and execute regional category strategies that drive measurable results.

Craft and implement supplier management strategies that align perfectly with business requirements, turning vendors into valued partners.

Develop proactive and reactive risk mitigation strategies that protect our supply chain and business continuity.

Directly influence key performance metrics including financial performance, value delivery, and supply assurance for critical materials and services.

Build and leverage a broad network across the organization to drive strategy alignment and execution excellence.

Regularly interact with leadership at Manager and Director levels, with opportunities to engage Vice Presidents and BU Presidents on strategic initiatives.

Deliver an impressive 4%+ year-on-year return across your categories while upholding our supplier ethics and internal values.

Ensure effective supplier management and uninterrupted supply through strategic relationship management.

Identify opportunities for master supply agreements and secure contractual outcomes that deliver continuous value for our organization.

Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities across Procurement for your assigned areas.

Enhance our financial position through cost savings, non-price value opportunities, and effective risk mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12 years of relevant experience.

Master's degree in related field and 10 years of relevant experience.

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $146,100.00 - $241,200.00 USD Annual.

Employment & Location Primary Work Location: USA NJ - Franklin Lakes.

Additional Locations: USA CA - San Diego; TC Bldg C&D, USA PR - Guaynabo; USA UT - Sandy.

Shift: Full-time.

Remote Flexibility For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain culture. Remote or field-based arrangements will be indicated in the posting.
