Position: Restaurant General Manager Location: Pleasantville, NJ 08232 Salary Range: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Responsibilities

The Restaurant General Manager provides overall leadership and direct supervision to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds its annual operating plan. Key focus areas include customer service excellence, financial performance, operational standards, and human resource development. Customer Satisfaction / Product Quality

– Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, consistent product quality, and resolve customer complaints. Financial

– Develop and drive the annual operating plan, analyze sales and controllables, mentor subordinates on profitability, and manage CAPEX requests. Operations

– Ensure facilities and equipment standards, monitor inventory and food preparation, achieve service speed targets, and oversee management schedules. Human Resources

– Direct restaurant‑level HR activities: hiring, learning zone execution, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and crew sourcing. Success Measures

– Achieve the annual operating plan, improve margin over previous year sales growth, track weekly/period performance metrics, and maintain learning zone certification levels and staffing plans. Qualifications

– Rapid problem identification, solution implementation, financial data analysis, and margin target achievement. Team Development

– Identify staff development needs, provide coaching, and maintain high standards through positive feedback. Restaurant Operations

– Technical proficiency in food preparation, food safety procedures, equipment troubleshooting, and product standards. Educational Attainment / Experience Requirements

– High school diploma or GED, supervisory experience in food service or retail, proven ability to maintain financial controls, and experience driving customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction. Pay and Benefits

Salary – $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year PTO – 4.0 hours per pay period (13 days per year); after 5 years – 5.54 hours per pay period (18 days per year) Eligible for medical, dental, and health insurance Short‑term and Long‑term disability after 90 days of employment Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals Disclaimer
