Position Summary
We are currently seeking a talented and professional Quality Coordinator. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and delivering draft Standardized Work Plans to Renewable Energy reviewers.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate the approval process for renewable energy Standardized Work Plans.
Coordinate with various reviewers and approvers.
Identify and communicate requirements to relevant groups, providing insights into the Standardized Work Plans. These groups include:
Safety
Quality
Continuous Improvement
Operations
Coordinate deliverables from the above groups, compiling them into a final draft version for submission to the Renewable Energy Document Services (REDS).
Track Standardized Work Plan usage, monitor changes implemented in Site‑Specific Work Plans, and report findings.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or associate degree with two years of relevant on‑the‑job experience.
Demonstrates excellent work ethic and an "ALL-IN" mentality.
Possesses strong communication skills.
Understands the complete construction cycle of a renewable energy project.
Exhibits outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities.
Applies strong organizational skills.
Manages multiple tasks and prioritizes workload in a fast‑paced environment.
Works and collaborates effectively within a team setting.
Adapts to different project teams, personalities, and project demands.
