Base pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
Job Summary Lead sales efforts within your assigned territory, building relationships with commercial property managers, architects, and landscape professionals.
Responsibilities
Develop and negotiate service portfolios with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a client database and provide visibility of sales efforts to management.
Generate bid proposals, RFP replies, and site estimates in collaboration with operations.
Meet or exceed annual sales targets and manage budget for sales promotions.
Attend meetings, trade shows, and networking events to expand opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years related work experience, including 3 years B2B sales.
Valid driver’s license and a CLT certification a plus.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Intermediate knowledge of CRM software, Excel, Word, Outlook.
