Base pay range USD 60,737.56 – 75,746.10 per year.
Job Description Sales Representatives initiate and manage relationships with customers and serve as the point of contact for the Company. This position coordinates selling efforts to grow new and incremental sales within the target account list. It includes face‑to‑face calls with key customers, phone calls, and targeted selling events. The Business Development Rep works with Sales Representatives to identify target accounts and deepen business relationships. Heavy prospecting is key; the incumbent adds new accounts to the target list and logs all contacts and calls.
There is a bonus based on performance in accordance with company plans.

Responsibilities
Develop a strategy to grow sales and profits to key, opportunity, new and existing customers.
Build relationships with customers by understanding and supporting their business.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Develop working relationships with stores to achieve business goals.
Generate leads.
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Give sales presentations to prospective clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understand and promote company programs.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Maintain client records.
Answer client questions about terms, products, prices and availability.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
At least eighteen (18) years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship.
Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in retail, sales or customer service.
Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to retrieve material and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience as an Assistant Store or Branch Operations Manager for Sherwin‑Williams.
Experience conducting outside sales calls.
Associate degree in business, sales or marketing.
Experience selling paint and paint‑related products.
Experience using time‑keeping and/or CRM systems.
Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
Ability to read, write and communicate in more than one language.
Ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish.
