Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, maintain store presentation, and lead talent development, all while keeping a promote‑from‑within mindset.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience – deliver best‑in‑class service.

Drive Sales – meet and exceed store sales goals.

OMNI Channel Fulfillment – manage in‑store and online orders.

Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision – curate floorset and styling.

Store & Stockroom Operations – ensure efficient daily operations.

Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management – manage store roster and compensation.

Training and Development – recruit, train, and develop associates.

Communication – maintain clear internal and external communication.

Asset Protection – safeguard store assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.

Strong problem‑solving and adaptability skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.

Team‑building, self‑starter, and interpersonal communication skills.

Drive to achieve results and multitasking ability.
