SCCI is seeking a skilled
Program Manager
to join our team! In this position, you will lead a team of engineers for a Combat Systems Engineering contract. This position is in support of future work expected in 2027 and is located in
Dahlgren, VA .
This position may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities
Leading and managing a large-scale enterprise level development organization including system engineering, certification, design, development, unit testing, integration testing, verification and validation, deployment and engineering innovation
Reviewing briefing materials and providing technical reports as required
Projecting funding and personnel requirements
Tracking and projecting scheduling for multiple concurrent technical efforts
Essential Skills and Experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an
Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline; Or 8 years of demonstrated directly related experience in the management of a DoD engineering program
Minimum of fifteen (15) years demonstrated experience monitoring and reporting contract performance status and metrics, financial coordination and reporting, and the coordination of task/delivery orders coordinating development activities for engineering systems and capabilities
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
