What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and support design, development, and implementation activities as the project manager
Provide systems expertise and manage project tasks, schedules, and status reports
Build and maintain relationships with project team members, clients, and vendors
Facilitate meetings and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders
Perform assigned administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or five years of applicable experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on systems implementation projects
Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Microsoft Project
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft desktop applications and standard document repositories such as MS SharePoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Manager certification through Project Management Institute (PMP or CAPM)
Experience in a national or regional consulting firm, or within a state Medicaid program
Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (e.g., Jira and Confluence) or similar collaboration tools
