Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, Assistant Managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations—including opening and closing routines—and drive efficiency across all store processes. Assistant Managers leverage creative expertise through floor‑set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. As talent leaders, they manage recruiting, training, engagement, and development, and are expected to show up bringing their best selves every day. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, Assistant Managers can progress to lead roles within the store’s organization.
