$22 / hour Housing:
$1,200 Monthly Housing Allowance (before taxes) for all employees at our ASE location as part of the Atlantic Habitat Program. The Atlantic Habitat serves to help offset housing and living expenses and can be used for housing, commuting, or additional living costs. Schedule:
Requires availability for any/all shifts including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty. No Overnight shifts. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility. You will interact with many corporations’ flight departments and high-profile clients. You will perform tasks related to providing services for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and other general aviation aircraft. Provide customers with professional service and assistance Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft Process customer purchases and fuel transactions Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require Front Desk Customer Service Representative Qualifications
Customer service/hospitality experience High school diploma or GED 18 years of age A valid state driver’s license Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance testing.
