What You’ll Be Doing

Run the Show – Oversee all day‑to‑day operations, from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.

Lead the Team – Hire, train, schedule, and support your on‑site leasing and maintenance teams, creating a positive culture where great work happens.

Market Like a Pro – Work with your team and marketing partners to promote your property, attract new residents, and renew existing leases.

Drive Financial Performance – Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.

Be Resident‑Focused – Serve as the go‑to contact for your community, resolving concerns, welcoming new residents, and creating a place people are proud to call home.

Keep It Looking Great – Conduct regular property inspections, support unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.

Stay on Top of It All – Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and stay compliant with all local, state, and federal requirements.

Stay Plugged In – Engage with your local apartment association, keep up with competitors, and build a strong reputation in the community.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Leader – At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years leading a team.

Detail‑Obsessed & Organized – Stay on top of deadlines, follow through on commitments, and prioritize.

Clear Communicator – Keep communications clear, calm, and professional.

Customer‑Focused – Ensure residents feel heard, valued, and supported.

Financially Savvy – Understand rent rolls, budgets, reporting, and expense management.

Tech‑Comfortable – Proficient with property management systems (Entrata), Microsoft Office, and digital tools.

Positive & Proactive – Lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and bring solutions, not drama.

To be eligible for holiday pay Employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.

Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience managing large multifamily properties.

Minimum of 4 years residential property management experience with proven leasing/sales track record and at least 2 years supervising two or more employees.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts, ability to read and develop financial statements; high‑school level math proficiency.

Valid driver’s license to operate company‑owned vehicles.

Physical Requirements

Expected work hours: Must work on the busiest days, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly and at least one Sunday a month, and on holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly.

Travel: Occasionally may need to drive.

Work environment and physical demands:

General office environment; lift or move items up to 10 pounds.

Move about the property; sit or stand for extended periods; walk, climb stairs, work in various weather conditions.
