Our Client is a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, helping manufacturers improve productivity, efficiency, and performance across industries. They are looking for a Project Manager to lead new product development initiatives within their Sensing, Safety, and Industrial Components business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in engineering-driven environments, enjoys working across disciplines, and knows how to guide complex product development projects from concept through launch using Agile practices.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product development projects, including new product introductions, brand label, and co-developed products
Manage cross-functional teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and product marketing
Drive Agile project execution and support team ceremonies and delivery cadence
Own project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource coordination
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while keeping stakeholders informed
Partner closely with engineering teams across software, firmware, mechanical, electrical, and hardware disciplines
Provide clear, consistent project updates to business and senior leadership
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Authorization to work in the US (sponsorship not available)
Experience managing projects in an engineering-focused product development environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
5+ years of project management experience in new product development
Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
PMP, Project Management certification, and/or Agile or Scrum certification
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
Familiarity with stage-gate product development processes
Proven experience working with mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering teams
