About Our Client’s Roles
As a Sales or Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth and identifying new opportunities for the sales team. You’ll shape how innovative startups reach new markets by researching and identifying target accounts, prospecting potential customers, engaging early-stage leads, and generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly professional, customer‑centric, resilient, curious, and eager to launch or elevate their career in fintech, proptech, or B2B AI tech sales. You’ll work closely with the founders, account executives, and marketing to support go‑to‑market teams with refining outbound strategies, improving engagement, and uncovering high‑potential verticals. What You’ll Do
Support Account Executives by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. Conduct organizational research and map key stakeholders within target accounts. Run outbound campaigns through email, cold/warm calls, social channels, and other creative outreach methods. Join high‑level discovery conversations with prospects to assess needs, interest, and fit. Take qualification calls and nurture early‑stage opportunities until they are ready for handoff. Collaborate with Marketing to share feedback on campaigns and optimize lead‑generation efforts. Help onboard new prospects by answering product questions and guiding early interactions. Identify promising industries, segments, or verticals to help expand market reach. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline metrics using CRM tools. Contribute to building processes, playbooks, and tools in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Attend industry events to support business development efforts via in‑person networking with key accounts. Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in pipeline development, sales, or business development (preferably in SaaS, AI or B2B technology). Ability to conduct strategic conversations with business stakeholders and communicate value clearly. Strong interest in technology, product education, and learning the technical aspects of APIs or software tools. Resilience, persistence, and a results‑driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with time‑sensitive tasks. Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and exceptional follow‑through. High degree of intellectual curiosity and willingness to continually learn and improve.
