Job Description We’re looking for a

Revenue Operations Manager

to evolve and scale our sales and marketing systems and processes. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this person will effectively balance strategy and tactics, playing a hands‑on role in documenting and implementing processes that include lead management, enterprise selling motion, sales to services handoff, and revenue attribution. In addition, this person will own data integrity, metrics, and reporting from CRM and other revenue technology systems.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve automating repetitive tasks, improving CRM systems, and ensuring that sales teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and performance. This includes generating regular sales reports and dashboards for executive teams.

Sales Forecasting: Support an accurate sales forecast by analyzing historical data, pipeline trends, and adherence to forecast categories across the team.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams and revenue‑generating activities. Use these metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive better results.

CRM and Systems Management: Ensure that the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) and other tech systems are properly maintained, updated, and designed and utilized effectively. This includes data integrity, user training, and system customization.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align their objectives with overall revenue goals. This includes coordinating initiatives such as lead generation campaigns, customer retention efforts, and cross‑sell strategies.

Quota assignment and Planning: Collaborate with the CRO to analyze financial performance and team member attainment to drive the annual quota‑setting and compensation planning process.

Requirements

5+ years experience in sales operations or revenue operations roles.

Experience with SaaS and recurring revenue models.

One or more HubSpot certifications, preferably in Sales Hub, Revenue Operations, and/or Reporting.

Deep CRM and systems knowledge from setup through configuration and scale.

Expert‑level skills in data manipulation, interpretation, and quality.

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across various departments and with varying levels of seniority.

Demonstrable experience balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.

Knowledge of sales tech systems including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar.

Bonus for familiarity with MEDDPICC or SPICED deal methodologies.

Bonus for experience providing sales enablement or other approaches to drive adoption of systems and processes.
