Core Mission The core mission of the
Delivery Specialist
position is to rotate between responsibilities including training and abnormal conditions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Must be able to perform tasks and train in all areas of inbound.
Delivery of goods achieving 100% daily accuracy.
Processing of goods up to metric standards.
Put‑away of goods meeting time and accuracy metrics while upholding safety standards.
Ability to decipher verify paperwork and labels for delivery to appropriate departments.
Utilization of Warehouse Management System to track incoming deliveries.
Other duties as assigned.
Attention to detail is a must.
Understanding and promoting RSF’s core values.
Ability to follow SOPs to a T.
Attendance and punctuality are a must.
Proficient computer skills.
Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
Ability to troubleshoot and think critically under pressure.
Ability to lead by example.
Excellent communication skills. Including the ability to speak to a group of people.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be 18 years or older.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
Ability to do simple math quickly and accurately.
Ability to work harmoniously and add value to a diverse team.
Desired Characteristics
Thrive in fast‑paced environments and can make quick decisions.
Prior warehouse & receiving experience preferred.
Ability to team lift and consistently move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Must maintain an organized workspace.
Must be able to adhere to strict Red Stag and client standard operating procedures.
Have a willingness to learn our world‑class warehouse management system.
Ability to follow directions and take responsibility when you are wrong.
Adaptability and flexibility.

High attention to detail.
Outgoing, friendly personality.
Physical Requirements
Occasional prolonged periods of being in a stationary position at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Must be able to work on the warehouse floor including continuous time moving, regular transportation of freight up to 50 lbs (with team lifting heavier items), reaching, bending, carrying, etc.
Constantly works in an environment where the temperature matches that of the outside temperature.

Monday‑Friday 8 am–4:30 pm
