Revenue Projects Generalist (m/f/d)

Vivira, New Bremen, Ohio, United States

Save Job

Your responsibilities include Doctors prescribe our therapy app, patients use it, and insurers reimburse it. Our revenue depends on how well doctors discover us, understand our offering, and start prescribing.

To support this, we run a small Project Management Office (PMO) inside the revenue team that reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The PMO works on improving how we operate internally and how we grow externally. We identify bottlenecks, test improvements, build automations where they make sense, and hand over stable solutions to the teams that run them day to day.

We are looking for aRevenue Projects Generalistto help us do exactly that. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. You will work on projects that directly influence how doctors discover, adopt, and prescribe ViViRA. Your work will not disappear into slide decks. It will be shipped, tested, and used. You will work closely with the PMO Lead, the CRO, and teams across Sales, Marketing, and CRM. You will not own the CRM or carry sales targets. Instead, your role is to help turn ideas into working projects, support growth initiatives, and improve how the revenue team operates as we scale. If you enjoy learning by doing and want deep exposure to how a digital health (DiGA) startup actually works, this role will be a good fit.

Run and coordinate revenue projects

Keep PMO projects moving by owning project board, timelines, and follow‑ups often cross‑functionally across the company incl. sales, marketing, and CRM teams

Track progress across multiple workstreams, flag blockers early, and align teams on next steps

Keep project documentation up to date and support quarterly planning and OKR follow‑ups

Improve processes and build automations

Improve internal workflows across the doctor journey in collaboration with sales, customer support, marketing, and CRM

Maintain and improve existing automations in Make and n8n, and build new ones together with the PMO Lead

Document processes and automations so other teams can operate and maintain them independently

Support and test growth initiatives

Support the identification and testing of growth initiatives by coordinating execution across teams

Do structured research on growth opportunities, such as new acquisition channels, partnerships, or funnel improvements, and summarise findings succinctly

Track outcomes and help turn learnings into clear next steps or business decisions

What this role is not:

You will not own the CRM system or build HubSpot workflows yourself

You won’t be responsible for sales quotas or account management directly

What you should bring

You have spent 2–3 years in a Startup or Scale‑Up environment, working in operations, project management, growth, or similar hands‑on roles where priorities changed and structure was not always given

You are comfortable coordinating work across different teams and seniorities, keeping things organised, and following up until topics are actually closed

You have worked with automation tools like Make, n8n, Clay, or similar, and you’re comfortable building, improving, and maintaining workflows

You are comfortable and confident using Excel/Google Sheets for quick and basic data analysis

You can structure messy problems and research clearly and turn them into short, understandable summaries or recommendations

You communicate clearly and directly, especially in writing, whether that is documenting processes, writing project updates, or aligning stakeholders

You are proactive, take ownership of your work, and do not wait for perfect instructions before starting

You are fluent in English and comfortable working in English day to day

German skills (B2/C1 or higher) are strongly preferred, but not a strict requirement

Nice to have, but not required:

Experience with AI‑enabled workflows, general knowledge about HubSpot, digital health, or B2B funnels. If you have not worked in this area yet but are curious and learn fast, that is completely fine
