Cox Automotive’s Fleet Services by Cox Automotive (FSCA) is a leading provider of on‑site mobile maintenance for light, medium and heavy‑duty trucks and trailers, operating 20+ nationwide service centers.

Job Description FSCA is hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to help grow our mobile maintenance and repair services. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer maintenance transactions, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and building strong customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the follow‑up maintenance transaction lifecycle from origination to the customer unit being in control of the repair technician.

Accurately document and note each customer contact in all FSCA systems.

Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external calls.

Establish professional rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.

Obtain customer approval for all repairs and services to be performed.

Proactively contact customers to schedule preventive maintenance at regular intervals, driving repeat business.

Partner with Field Operations to schedule appropriate technicians for accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance, creating a consistent pipeline of work for technicians.

Continuously develop and improve company capabilities in dispatching and service scheduling.

Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of related experience (alternative combinations of education and experience may apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.

Proven track record of cross‑functional collaboration and building trusted partnerships.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Competency in Excel, data entry, and learning new platforms (e.g., FSCA IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).

Knowledge of the trucking industry; experience with fleet maintenance or automotive/trucking services is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Exceptional problem‑solving skills.

Highly organized with excellent follow‑through abilities.

Compensation Hourly base pay rate: $21.25 – $31.92 per hour.

Pay may vary based on location, qualifications and performance.

Potential additional compensation includes commission and incentive programs.
