Job Details Description Eagle Analytical is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, promote Eagle Analytical products and services, and provide solutions that meet the needs of compounding pharmacies, healthcare partners, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for selling Eagle Analytical’s analytical testing, educational, and consulting services, as well as environmental monitoring (EM) plates and kits, while clearly demonstrating the value Eagle provides in supporting customer success.
Position Summary • Support revenue growth, account development, and client retention initiatives. • Conduct outreach to maximize revenue and enhance value for clients, including call campaigns, targeted emails, video conferencing, and other communication methods. • Perform cold calls to pharmacies and healthcare professionals to identify new opportunities and build trusted client relationships. • Use company tools and software to analyze sales performance and communicate progress with management. • Identify and share leads with team to develop actionable strategies for pursuing new business. • Support client accounts by coordinating interactions, including account setup, problem resolution, product inquiries, deliveries, follow‑ups, and updates on new chemicals or services. • Prepare regular reports on territory strategy, account progress, and sales forecasts for the Sales Support Manager. • Participate in company events, tradeshows, and promotional activities as required. • Attend company meetings, such as annual sales training, quarterly strategy sessions, team huddles, and one‑on‑one reviews. • Some travel may be required to support client relationships and company initiatives. • Support implementation of company initiatives and assist with related special projects as assigned.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with sales colleagues and cross‑functional teams to support revenue growth, account development, and client retention initiatives.
Conduct continuous outreach to maximize revenue and enhance value for clients, including call campaigns, targeted emails, video conferencing, and other communication methods.
Perform cold calls to pharmacies and healthcare professionals to identify new opportunities and build trusted client relationships.
Use company tools and software to analyze sales performance and communicate progress with management.
Identify and share leads with team to develop actionable strategies for pursuing new business.
Support client accounts by coordinating interactions, including account setup, problem resolution, product inquiries, deliveries, follow‑ups, and updates on new chemicals or services.

Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, marketing and sales, or related.
3–5 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, preferably in a scientific, laboratory, or healthcare‑related field.
Proven ability to present and communicate effectively to small and large groups.
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Resilient, dependable, and tenacious, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and contact management software.
Established experience selling high‑value solutions, preferably in pharmaceutical, laboratory, or medical device industries.
Experience in pharmacy, compounding, or laboratory environments is a plus.
