We are looking for detail-oriented, service-focused individuals to join our team as
Remote Travel Specialists . This role involves helping clients plan and book vacations, cruises, honeymoons, theme park trips, and group travel experiences—all while working remotely.
No previous travel industry experience is required.
Comprehensive training, certification, and ongoing mentorship are provided.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy learning, organization, and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with researching and booking travel experiences
Recommend destinations, resorts, and travel options based on client preferences
Coordinate travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide professional customer service before and after travel
Participate in basic marketing activities such as sharing travel content and promoting services (training provided)
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside and be legally eligible to work in
one
of the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service skillsMarketing skills are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Interest in travel and helping others
