Summary We seek a highly experienced and results‑driven Project Manager to lead critical operational strategy and execution across our global warehouse network. The role oversees end‑to‑end launch of new sites, major system integrations, and continuous operational optimization across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of floor operations, new site launches, and deep project management expertise. Strong commercial/sales acumen and travel willingness (up to 50%) are required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex projects (new site launches, construction project control, automation, etc.) from planning through stabilization, ensuring delivery on time and budget.

Serve as subject‑matter expert in floor operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment), implementing Lean/Six Sigma best practices to drive efficiency and cost reduction across the network.

Oversee multi‑site operations, providing guidance, process improvement, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Leverage sales/commercial experience to develop compelling business cases, articulate ROI, and align operational plans with strategic commercial goals.

Oversee technical integration and optimization of critical warehouse systems such as WMS, WCS, RCS, ERP, SAP, etc.

Lead and participate in new business opportunities and development, creating and maintaining weekly sales activities to report directly to leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics project management.

Hands‑on experience in floor operations and the full lifecycle of new warehouse site launches.

Experience or highly developed skills in sales, commercial strategy, or business development.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) and commit to long‑term project assignments.

Highly Preferred Technical Expertise

Deep system utilization proficiency with major warehouse platforms, including:

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

SAP (or other major ERP)

Real‑time Control Systems (RCS)

Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)

Proven experience in leading new system integration projects and managing UAT/go‑live processes.
