Responsibilities
Work safely in a fast paced production warehouse environment.
Inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration.
Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment.
Check for quality issues with the product and contact team lead with issues.
Ensure sufficient supplies at your station (boxes, tape, etc.).
Keep station clean and follow safety guidelines at all times.
Packer Inspector Compensation Starting rate $16.50 an hour + $1.00 shift differential for nights—paid weekly.
Night Shift Hours 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Education and Experience
Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.
Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Effective communication skills.
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demand/Effort Manufacturing work environment. Constant physical activities such as reaching overhead, squatting, bending at the waist, lifting boxes from 0–50 lbs, climbing stairs during a 12‑hour shift, standing continuously for 12 hours, intense walking, and tolerance of extreme temperatures. Must wear PPE and clothing as required.
