Customer Support Representative (In-Person)
Location: Sanford, NC or Clifton, NJ (commuting required).
Responsibilities
Networking with the various departments at our client sites, in order to promote the concept of our customer-driven, service-oriented approach of doing business.
Becoming the conduit of communication between us and a client, ensuring that our technical, quality and operations teams address every client need competently and timely.
Handling all of the transactional aspects of each client relationship, including normal incoming orders as well as emergencies such as new product launches.
Working closely with the sales team to coordinate our business development efforts by alerting sales representatives about business opportunities as well as potential pitfalls in our transactions.
Monitoring incoming business volume to ensure that we continuously meet volume expectations.
Ensuring that our operations, quality and technical teams have the proper specifications to produce every client order.
The bilingual customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This position reports to the customer service manager.
Requirements
Position is located in Sanford, NC and Clifton, NJ; all candidates must be within commuting distance of either location.
Some travel time required, both local and air travel.
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Customer support experience in business-to-business settings and a college degree is strongly preferred.
Bilingual – Spanish and English.
