Location: 3537 W. Front St., Traverse City, MI
Schedule: 40 hours weekly – Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description A Day in the Life
Act as the first point of contact for patients and their families, setting the tone for an exceptional care experience.
Obtain/verify all required patient and insurance information and enter it accurately into the registration system.
Schedule patient appointments, including return office visits, referrals, diagnostic testing, and procedures.
Greet patients professionally in person and over the telephone, responding effectively to their needs.
Qualifications
High school graduate or GED.
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with minimal supervision.
Proficient typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.
Additional Information Munson Healthcare requires all employees to be vaccinated or have lab‑confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella. Employees must receive a flu vaccine during flu season or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
