Position Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager will direct and control the operational effectiveness of the warehouse and fleet operations within the market unit

This role ensures appropriate inventory levels are maintained and timely reorders are placed and scheduled guaranteeing a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction

You’ll be responsible for maximizing fleet utilization and execution of warehouse initiatives, such as budget management and labor relations

The Operations Manager must have firsthand knowledge of warehouse management systems to coordinate and develop special training programs for personnel

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Master’s Degree
