What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead the Servicing Accelerator Program, managing cohort hiring, onboarding, and rotational planning

Drive employee engagement strategy, including events and recognition programs

Build scalable frameworks for engagement and development across teams

Create measurement frameworks for engagement initiatives and maintain budget tracking

Represent Servicing Programs in enterprise talent forums to highlight successes and needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

4-6+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness

Proven success in designing and executing scalable employee programs across multiple locations

Ability to translate feedback and engagement data into measurable outcomes

Experience in developing and delivering learning or leadership content

Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in Servicing, Operations, or Contact Center environments within fintech or financial services

Prior ownership of an early‑career rotational or development program

Familiarity with engagement measurement tools and qualitative feedback analysis

Demonstrated success in driving cross‑functional initiatives involving People Ops and Compliance

Passion for developing people and helping early‑career professionals grow
