Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (negotiable based on experience)

What Makes You the Right Fit Required Experience
5+ years progressive professional services sales experience with demonstrated success building and managing sales systems
Proven track record of managing sales teams while personally driving conversion optimization initiatives
Experience building scalable sales systems that adapt to regional market characteristics and community needs
Demonstrated success in consultative sales of complex professional services with extended sales cycles
Multi‑location or territory management experience with statewide or regional expansion background preferred
CRM and sales automation expertise focused on conversion tracking and system optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in Southeast Michigan or Grand Rapids markets
Legal industry or family law experience highly valued
Track record of successful statewide or regional market expansion in professional services
Experience with complex, high‑value sales cycles typical in professional services
Demonstrated success in building sales systems that increase conversion rates across different regional markets
