Full‑time, First Shift
Pay: $32.00 - $34.00/hour

Essential Functions
Perform preventive maintenance on controls, pumps, heating, ventilation, and related equipment.
Diagnose causes of problems/failures in commercial heating/air conditioning systems for repair or replacement needs.
Test and calibrate electronic HVAC and building environmental controls, ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including off‑hour emergencies.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and replacements on equipment.
Utilize CMMS work order system.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Outstanding customer service skills and a can‑do attitude.
High school diploma or GED and 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to complete required safety classes.
Personal hand tools.
Current HVAC and EPA license.
Pass background check and drug screen before employment.
Valid driver’s license.
