Successful candidates for this position must possess advanced project management skills and be able to function in a fast‑paced environment subject to frequent deadlines. They should be proactive, well organized, work independently with limited direction, and provide assistance to account executives.

In addition to building sales plans, specific responsibilities include preparing and maintaining stewardship reports for current network schedules, generating and distributing competitive performance reports to management, assisting with the development of audience estimates and price lists for the Upfront and Scatter marketplaces, and working closely with Sales for ad‑hoc client requests such as cut‑backs, budget shifts, CPM adjustments, etc.

Extensive use of multiple currencies including Nielsen, VideoAmp, Comscore, and iSpot. Facility with numerical concepts, attentiveness to detail, and presentation of data is essential. Some media research or media planning is strongly preferred. Analytical aptitude and presentation skills are important.

Qualifications

1-3 years of TV media sales/planning or agency media buying experience.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Facility with numerical concepts, attentiveness to detail, and presentation of data is essential.

Some media research or media planning is strongly preferred.

Analytical aptitude and presentation skills are important.

Advanced project management skills.

Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment subject to frequent deadlines.

Must be proactive, well organized, and able to perform independently with limited direction.

Four‑year college degree preferred.

Hiring Salary Range $60,000.00 – $63,000.00 (applicable for New York City, California, Colorado, Washington State, and most other geographies). Starting pay depends on factors such as geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
