and help deliver operational excellence to our customers.
Who We Want This role focuses on mastering the basics of operational excellence. You will manage daily operations of existing and new client accounts, building loads, scheduling appointments, tracking shipments, and closing out loads. You will work independently and across departments, with a strong attention to detail and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
What You’ll Do
Manage load board daily, including data entry, load building, scheduling, tracking, reviewing available loads, and closing out loads.
Focus on accuracy and timeliness while building loads for our customer account(s).
Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers and consignees.
Deliver effective communication with Carrier reps and customer contacts for rescheduling and tracking updates.
Proactively communicate with customers when a shipment will be delayed.
Developing Tasks
Understand customer committed lanes and determine load acceptance or rejection.
Build a strong understanding of industry fundamentals and Arrive operations, while pursuing continuous learning.
Expand relationships with customer contacts through timely and professional communication.
Collaborate with BD and Carrier counterparts to resolve issues and provide best-in‑class service.
Maximize freight profitability by evaluating appointment times, flexibility, and other attributes for optimal rates.
Prioritize exceptions by working with Carrier teams to provide timely updates to customers.
Work with management to address potential aging concerns for your customer.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
Demonstrated commitment and work ethic in academic or work settings.
Fast‑paced ability to multitask in high‑pressure environments.
Polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
Capacity to receive instruction and execute with confidence.
