Crew Manager – White Castle
White Castle, America’s first fast‑food restaurant, has been serving guests for over 103 years. We’re looking for friendly, energetic leaders to manage our crew teams and help continue our legacy of quality and service.
Overview As a Crew Manager you’ll oversee daily operations, from scheduling and cash handling to inventory control and customer service. You’ll lead the crew, foster a welcoming environment, and ensure compliance with all company policies.
Responsibilities Day‑to‑day tasks include:
Organizing crew shifts and managing schedules.
Handling cash, operating the drive‑thru, and working the cash register.
Preparing orders, operating the fryer/griddle, and maintaining sanitation.
Managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Motivating and leading the team to meet service and quality standards.
Overseeing customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Promoting White Castle initiatives and increasing brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
1+ years of food service or management experience.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly.
Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
Compensation & Benefits \ Competitive WEEKLY pay starting at the minimum rate listed; higher earnings possible based on qualifications and experience.
