Manager, Engineering – End User Services
Fannie Mae is foundational to housing finance. This role leads the deployment, integration, and optimization of Workspace ONE across enterprise endpoints. You will mentor a team of engineers and administrators, drive automation and analytics, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure secure and seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage Workspace ONE lifecycle, including UEM, Access, and Intelligence.
Mentor and guide a team of engineers and administrators.
Ensure integration with identity providers, corporate networks, and third‑party applications.
Maintain device compliance and security across mobile, desktop, and virtual endpoints.
Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to ensure consistent user experiences.
Drive automation and analytics using Workspace ONE Intelligence, PowerShell, Bash, and APIs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and policies.
Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and user satisfaction.
Stay current on industry best practices and recommend improvements.
Uphold data integrity and precision in Workspace ONE deployment and usage.
Minimum Required Experience
6 years managing digital workspace platforms.
2 + years hands‑on experience with Workspace ONE.
Strong understanding of UEM, MDM, MAM, Identity Management, SSO, and Conditional Access.
Experience managing macOS, Windows 11, iOS, and Android devices.
Desired Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with scripting, API integration, and automation.
Skills
Skilled in Workspace ONE platform components (UEM, Access, Intelligence).
Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and API usage.
Strong understanding of endpoint security and compliance frameworks.
Ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration and mentor junior staff.
Capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.
Compensation Annual base salary: $152,000–$205,000, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s level degree (required).
Employees expected to work onsite on a regular basis at designated office location, unless role is open to remote.
