Atwell is seeking an experienced

Project Manager

who is ready to take ownership of client relationships, lead project teams, and drive the success of land development projects.

What You Will Do

Lead projects from proposal through completion, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

Establish project objectives in collaboration with clients and internal leadership.

Negotiate and execute client contracts while managing budgets, schedules, and financial performance.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering proactive communication and timely solutions.

Mentor and guide team members to ensure professional growth and technical excellence.

Contribute to business development through presentations, proposals, and relationship‑building.

Stay engaged with industry trends, professional associations, and continuing education to maintain technical expertise.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Surveying, or a related field.

Professional license highly desired (PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, PS).

Four or more years of relevant experience in civil engineering, environmental consulting, land planning, or surveying.

Proven experience with private land development projects including residential and commercial.

Knowledge of local construction markets, permitting, and client expectations.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and problem‑solve.

Experience with project management software such as Deltek Vision is preferred.

Pay Range : $105,000 USD - $160,000 USD
