The Role Measured is looking for a data‑driven Senior Manager, GTM Operations to operationalize the work between sales & marketing. This role ensures that the GTM engine runs efficiently by building scalable processes, improving lead flow, managing the technology stack, while driving visibility into performance across the funnel. You’ll be the connective tissue between marketing campaigns, sales execution, and revenue reporting — ensuring that every lead, opportunity, and conversion is tracked, attributed, and acted upon. This position is ideal for an analytical operator who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, is energized by proactively solving problems through process and systems, and wants to directly impact pipeline growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations of the GTM funnel — from marketing‑qualified lead (MQL) to closed‑won revenue
Partner with marketing to optimize lead capture, scoring, routing, and attribution through HubSpot and all systems used in marketing to sales handoff
Monitor and optimize for conversion rates at each funnel stage; identify drop‑off points and recommend corrective actions
Ensure seamless handoffs across GTM (Marketing, Sales, and CS) through documented processes and SLAs
Manage CRM hygiene and enforce operational best practices to ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting data
Support account planning, target segmentation, and lead routing logic to drive efficiency
Create enablement resources, dashboards, and playbooks to increase sales velocity and accountability
Own system integrations across HubSpot, Gong, Google Workspace, and data visualization tools
Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into marketing & sales and Customer Success performance, pipeline health, and revenue progress
Audit data across sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for leadership reporting
Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and ensure all teams have visibility into progress
Communicate insights and process updates clearly and proactively to GTM leadership
Support sales and marketing leadership with ad‑hoc reporting and special projects
Requirements Ideal Experience
5+ years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or GTM Operations at a high‑growth B2B SaaS or data/analytics company
Strong command of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, with working knowledge of automation and attribution systems
Proven track record improving funnel conversion rates, pipeline integrity, and operational efficiency
Highly analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau)
Comfortable managing multiple projects, proactively getting organizational alignment on priorities, prioritizing under deadlines, and operating autonomously
Excellent communicator — able to simplify data into actionable insights for both technical and commercial teams
Confident decision‑maker with the ability to take calculated risks and navigate ambiguity effectively
Driven by curiosity and initiative to improve processes and explore new approaches
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team setting
