Shift Supervisor
Overview
Our client, a leader in logistics and contract manufacturing, is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met, maintain safety and quality standards, and support a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate production activities on assigned shifts.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain efficiency.
Maintain accurate production and personnel records.
Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
