Born out of the Drone Racing League, our roots are competitive, our mindset is tactical, and our mission is clear: deliver purpose-built unmanned systems to those who serve. We are not here to sell vapor; we build and ship real capabilities for real missions.

Oversee the vendor onboarding process, including NDA agreements, setup, and payment terms

Lead RFIs/RFQs and manage alternate sourcing and dual sourcing efforts.

Act as the approver for all supply chain‑related ECRs/ECOs and initiate change control processes

Lead end‑to‑end NPI supply chain projects—from initial supplier identification to production ramp‑up—ensuring seamless execution, alignment with project milestones, and timely delivery of components

Serve as the primary project manager for NPI procurement activities, coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production to optimize sourcing strategies, secure vendor commitments, and streamline material flow

Develop and negotiate strategic supplier agreements, including Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), and Purchase Agreements to ensure long‑term partnership stability and cost efficiency

Drive supplier onboarding and qualification processes, ensuring compliance with procurement standards, ITAR requirements, and company policies

Establish risk mitigation strategies for supply continuity, dual sourcing, and material availability to prevent disruptions during production ramp‑up

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), procurement, or supply chain management

Preferred Qualification – PMP certification preferred

Proven track record in managing ECRs/ECOs, vendor setup, and procurement processes
