Walmart Retail Specialist
Acosta Group is hiring a Walmart Retail Specialist to drive product availability and brand visibility at Walmart stores in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities Locate merchandise in the backroom and stock products on the floor to ensure shelves are fully stocked. Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need. Front‑face products to maintain an attractive shelf appearance. Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store. Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions to ensure our client products stand out. Build displays to showcase client products as needed. Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions within Premium's field technology on a mobile device. Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success. Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s). Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reporting of work is required on the same day it is completed. Access to reliable transportation to multiple retail locations in Hatfield, PA. A smartphone with access to data and the internet to report and upload photos.
Pay and Benefits Base pay: $14.00 per hour. Benefits include a health plan options such as no‑copay telemedicine and other retail standard benefits.
