Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Location & Hybrid Work This is a

hybrid

position - three days in‑office and two days working from home - in our new West Orange, NJ office.

Associate Attorney Position We seek an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience focusing on trucking transportation or general insurance defense. This role offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k package.

Requirements

Insurance Defense Litigation: 3+ years

Trucking and Transportation Litigation: 3+ years

New Jersey Litigation: 3+ years

Bar Admissions

New Jersey - Required

New York - Highly Preferred

Responsibilities

Represent clients in court or before government agencies

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

Advise clients on legal strategy

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Conduct initial investigations

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
