Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for law? Werner Hoffman Greig & Garcia are seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. The Pre-Litigation Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting our personal injury team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in personal injury cases, specifically in pre-litigation support, and is capable of working independently. This role focuses on managing client cases in the pre-litigation phase, from intake to settlement preparation, coordinating with clients, preparing documentation, organizing case files, and supporting attorneys with case preparation in the pre-litigation phase.
Work Hours
Full-Time Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal.
We are open to aremote work positionfor the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client intake and gather necessary case information.
Obtain and review medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
Draft demand letters and case-related documents.
Maintain and organize case files to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.
Assist with settlement negotiations under attorney supervision.
Track deadlines and manage a calendar of critical case-related events.
Support the personal injury team in preparing cases for potential litigation if required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years as a personal injury paralegal with a focus on pre-litigation.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with legal software, and remote communication tools.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
