Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end defense in premises liability, auto / product and employment tort cases – drafting motions, taking depositions, negotiating settlements, and litigating in LA Superior Court.
Strategically mitigate risks, securing dismissals or settlements below $500K in high‑exposure disputes.
Advise corporate and insurer clients on compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited program; active California Bar membership.
3+ years of experience in personal injury defense or general liability (premises, auto, employment torts a plus); strong motion practice and discovery skills required.
Sharp analytical abilities, persuasive advocacy, client‑focused drive; SoCal networks a bonus.
Package
Compensation: up to $200K (negotiable for top talent) plus transparent bonuses tied to case wins, billables, and business development.
