Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You’ll Do
Open and Closing Routines Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sales use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Schedule
Work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. During peak periods, hours increase to support business needs. Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred). At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred). No supervisory/management experience required. Customer Focus Communication Interpersonal Interaction Fashion Trend Knowledge Outgoing, Assertiveness, Adaptability/Flexibility & Stress Tolerance, Poise & Ambition, Multi-Tasking, Applied Learning, Work Ethic, Omni Channel Services.
